don't pay any attention to the fact that sometimes quien
or cual could be used as well, always use que.
rule:
is there a preposition
before que an article has to be set.
is the reference to todo, todos an article has to
be set.
is the reference to a larger context an article
has to be set (lo).

quien or que? use quien, whenever
possible. if quien is not possible use que (with or without
an article)
rule:
1) quien refers
always to a person
2) quien can only be subject of an anlarged relative
clause.
3) in direct, indirect and possessive object quien
can always be use when referring to a person

with cuyo by a construction with cual.
